Leaf Chicory (Di Chiavari) Seeds

Root Chicory from Liguria. Long cylindrical white root. Direct seed in early summer for fall harvest. Sauteed in olive oil or butter.Sow in the open field from February to July in rows 30 cm apart, thinning the plants out to 8/10 cm. Harvest in autumn – winter.
