Anise Seeds

Annual height 40-50 cm, erect stalk,whiteish flowers grouped together in an umbel.  The seeds are used in the production of liqueurs and in the pharmaceutical industry. In cookery on the other hand, they are used to flavour desserts, cakes and biscuits. Distance: 40-50 cm between rows; 15-20 cm along the row.Quantity: 1 g of seed per m² of surface area.
